About The Practice
I support people in their self-empowerment, helping unlock the barriers to joy, intimacy and connection.
Sessions are mainly structured from the Somatica Intimacy, Relationship and Sex Coaching Method and draw on a wide background of Communication/Consent/Boundary setting (The Wheel of Consent-Betty Martin, Cuddle Party Facilitation Training), nervous system integration and down regulating each other’s nervous systems (training and apprenticeship with David Cates) as well as sex and arousal systems (Certified Sexological Bodywork training) tailored to the desires of clients. The work is clothes-on relationship lab interactions and exercises to learn more about how we act and react in relationship.
The Somatica work (by Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirshman) is a newer methodology, allowing clients to really get to know themselves and learn to shift how to be with others. This exciting perspective can peel back the masks, armor and old ways to get at underlying vulnerability and honesty...as well as learning new skills to have a sexier, easier relationship. We all have blocks that keep us from the amazing relationships we desire. Removing just one can make a huge difference in one’s life. And the learning process can be fun as well as deeply profound.
About The Practitioner
After a typical ambitious life of cerebral focused business achievement, I began focusing more on the somatic, kinesthetic and relational aspects of life. I took the time to unlearn so much conditioning and limiting thought processes to bring more joy to my life and those around me. After helping others grow and unlock chains binding their pleasure, I knew I was being called into a new life.
In parallel with my old life, I moved, learned and grew. I sought out teachers, programs and information on the body, sexuality and relationships. And I started supporting others in their journeys. I slowly unwound the past life and kept expanding my work with groups, couples and individuals. Life has become more fulfilling the more I help people expand.

Sessions are held in my private office. Sessions go the direction the client chooses. Activities can involve cerebral discussions and learning about topics and self. They can include embodiment activities, skills and ways of interaction. Issues and interests one might learn about or explore: Breath, Eye Contact, Erotic Energy/Embodiment/Chemistry, Empathy, Play, Sexual Function, Romance/Passion/Dominance, Shame, Childhood Wounds, Core Erotic Theme, Touch Skills, Attachment, Attunement, Boundary Mapping, Making Repair, Being held by the masculine, Desire Differences to name a few.

Partners/Couples In-Person Sessions
Partners/Couples/Moresomes meet with me in my private office. Sessions follow the direction the clients’ desire. We can discuss and learn about a variety of topics, self, each other and dynamics between you. They can include embodiment activities, skills and ways of interaction. Phone and Video Sessions
Phone and Video Sessions
Phone and Video Sessions are available. Phone and video sessions allow clients to get support and help from anywhere in the world. Whether you live in a different, want to travel or would prefer to avoid traffic and/or driving, phone and video sessions offer flexibility. Additionally, as I travel, I can support clients while outside of Seattle.

Immersions in Seattle…and abroad
Immersion
Some people are interested in learning and growing faster or are out of town and want to take on this process in a more consolidated fashion. 1, 2 or 3 day private session work allows individuals or partners to have profound shifts over a shorter period of time.
For most people this would be in Seattle, but for some instances, working in your city fits the situation or when I travel outside Washington.
These options can be scheduled individually.

Workshops and Retreats
Most of our workshops and retreats are not open to the general public. This allows us to assess skill set levels of participants so everyone has a great time at the events. Occasionally, entry level workshops (locally and at travel locations) are open to the public that acts as a prerequisite to other workshops.
We plan to offer more workshops and retreats in locations in the US and the world.
